Lead User Experience Designer
As lead User Experience designer of the AT&T Sales experience, I am in charge of designing experiences that are viewed by millions of visitors every month. The AT&T Sales flow is the most visited section of the AT&T website.

Senior User Experience Designer
I've worked on multiple areas of the AT&T website, and some of my work included exploring imaginative concepts or wire-framing /visual design for live experiences to increase sales and ensure a positive user experience across the site.

At the beginning of my journey at AT&T, I worked for some talented and innovative individuals. Together, we redesigned many of the major flows across the site, taking AT&T from many manual processes to interactive and intuitive digital flows. This helped reduce millions of dollars in redundant labor.

At AustinCSI, I contracted with Fortune 50 clients. Our largest and most important contract was with AT&T. Because of my high-end work, AT&T management was impressed and hired me as a full-time employee of AT&T.

Before my time at the company, Uberprints, did most of its tasks through a manual process. I took those processes and creatd an online design tool that allowed the company to take its redudnant tasks and allow the user to do all the work online.

At Airtight Design, I worked collaboratively with many clients across the Atlanta area, including Autotrader. I created websites and experiences to help increase the sales of many different companies.
2006-2011
Training solutions interactive
UI/UX Design
I began my career at a small company called Training Solutions Interactive (TSI/i4Learning), a curriculum-based learning technology. We had numerous contracts with state governments to create digital and interactive training solutions. Some of our products included The Colorful Way to Wellness, The Teachers Resource Network, and The Teachers Network. Here, I learned how to manage others as well as work effectively and cooperatively with a team.
