Within the support center of a users account a central location for all communications was desired. A messaging system which would communicate and relay information from desperate locations like sales teams, install crews, shipping information, and store locations would be available in this location. This messaging system would allow the user to see all information necessary to get an accurate sense of any and all communications with AT&T.
