AT&T Private Offers

In an effort to make customers feel special, a business endeavor was launched to offer personalized offers to customers. It was found through user research that our customers liked and looked for special deals. They would go out of their way to call and visit multiple stores just to find the best deals. By offering up personalized offers the project was to reduce this churn and offer up front all and any deals the user may receive through a specialized tray associated with their account.
