AT&T Progress Bar Component

In previous iterations of the AT&T sales flow buying a phone, purchasing a plan, and buying accessories was done on one page. Through user testing we found that by parsing into individual steps we were able to simplify the cognitive load on the customer making a much easier experience to work through the intricate and complicated process of purchasing and choosing all the necessary pieces in an AT&T plan. To make this even easier on the user we created a stepper system that allowed the user to see where they were in the process. Users responded positively to the increased awareness they had to where they were in the flow.
