The AT&T Thanks project was initiated around the idea of creating a premium membership program for long time employees. The longer you stayed with the company the better rewards you would receive. The end goal was to create customer retention and reduce the phone plan hopping. The project involved creating a brand for three different levels of membership as well as a hub and location to look at rewards and use points associate with their account status.
